H-beam production line

Within the H-beam Production Line, two sets of LHC are arranged in symmetry, for 45° submerged arc welding of two seams on H-beam. The machine is equipped with 3D seam tracker, automatic flux cycling unit and 4-wheels traveling unit. Welding speed is controlled with inverter and displayed in digit.The assistant equipments as tra-cart, 60º overturning rack and conveyors can be removed from the line. Instead, work-piece racks should be fixed on the ground among the 2 sets of LHC which are arranged in symmetry. It is small in area and low in investment in such condition, but work-piece need to be transferred with the help of traveling crane, which is low in efficiency.
