Automatic Welding Center

The welding center is used in the pressure vessel, freezing equipment, construction of power
station, metallurgical, engineering machinery, marine building, cladding of
rolled rollers and petro-chemical industries.
The welding center consists of the welding manipulator, auto-submerged arc welding
machine (or CO2 shielded, TIG welding machines), the submerged arc welding machine,
the cladding with strap, the turning rolls (or welding positioner). It can
weld metal vessels, steel structure in all orientation by various welding methods.
The center takes three functions in one to realize the manipulator, the turning
roll and the positioner to be interlocked, and it is equipped with the welding
tracking and monitoring system, arc oscillating unit, the control of arc length,
the flux auto-feeding and recovering system.
